Dublin Airport

Well I’m in Dublin airport at the moment, waiting to get a flight home or to East Midlands Airport then get the Bus Link to the train station then a train to Birmingham New Street and possibly a bus back to the flat or maybe Katie might pick me up. We did a sales demo to an existing customer (Gerards). They had our system installed but it was never implemented in a structured way mainly down to the way Phil worked. They are also looking at tenders from other vendors. My gut feeling is that they won’t go with us because of what has happened in the past. It doesn’t bother me in fact I’d be glad they are a bit of an arse of a customer.

The most annoying thing of today as that the software that John (who I refer to as CEC, my Cake Eating colleague) has let me down the Weighing Program let me down and what with everything that has happened and the fact that I’m going on holiday for a week on Friday (first break this year) I have lost a lot of passion and have become empathetic about my job but seeing what has happened I plan to kick a bit of arse and get things organised. I’m sorry I didn’t realise this was going to turn into a bit of rant. I will post an update let about the other stuff thats happening. As well as a new podcast which it’ll be a couple of weeks.
