Google Reader Update

Something looks… different. Ok I don’t know how many people, I know personally use RSS (too few in my opinion) but Google Reader (Google’s RSS Reader) has been given a new face lift with some new functionality.  It includes expanded view, which makes it easier to read the posts than the list view, a read counter and other new bits and pieces.  I’m glad they have gotten round to updating it because I’d rather use it than bloglines manily because of the way bloglines marks all news items as read when you click on a feed.  There’s probably a way to stop this but I haven’t found it.
