So as you can see its a very snowy Easter sunday at the moment although sadly its melting fast, I hope whatever you are doing you are enjoying yours.

Well I’m quite chuffed I wrote my first dll today for use with alphacam.  Geeky but very cool!

I wasn’t feeling the summery effects of the palm trees yesterday, despite their best efforts

Well that was probably the longest drive I’ve ever done.  I just completed a 6 hour drive (it should have been 4) to Redruth, Cornwall.  There was some sort of an incident  on the M5 on which caused junctions 13-15 closed and all the motorway traffic had to take a small diversion through some lanes and various A roads.  This added an extra 2 hours to my journey and has pretty much thrown my plans out this evening as I had hoped to get a gym session in (but looking in the hotel book they charge to use the gym!) and also do some work.  Oh well at least they have got wifi so can at least do a bit of surfing anyway.

I’m trying this now I’ll let you know how I get on.

17:21: Success all has worked I am now following the clean up procedure and re-installing all the apps I removed!
