Been Around The World
Phew, well its been a busy acouple of weeks for me, after going into crunch mode trying to learn Java, VB.Net, support customers, write applications and create presentations I have just come back from a wonderful two week holiday. Katie and I have been a bit of mini tour around England. Including stops at Scarborough, Manchester, York and Warwick (pictures are up on flickr if you wanna click on the badge below links are waiting to go up). It was great but during this down time I have been away from my pc so that explains the lack of posts. As you can see from above we all headed down for a brief trip to flares which explains the moustach! But sadly all good things must come to an end and I am now back at work :(. But it is time to start looking for a new job where I don’t get so bummed
Gym not Jim
Hey people. Well for a while now I’ve been going to the gym and I’m really enjoying it. Ok so at 7am its quite empty but its giving me a buzz and getting me in shape and thats the most important.
However what did make me laugh was I was watching the BBC morning program and they had a section about working out your mind. The 2 elderly women talking about hand held games consoles and they had a DS but were demonstating how it works but were holding it like diary and saying you draw and speak at it. Its just funny how people handle things when they haven’t seen it before.

The silliness of bluetooth
Ok on the way down to Taunton for a site visit i though i would turn on my bluetooth and see what happened. It turns out that people like to call their devices strange things one was called Stella Artois and another TizWaz. Sad thing was one no-one changed their standard pin code!

Gez’s iPod
Last Christmas Gez decided to by an iPod, however being Christmas they where all sold out and decided to buy a Samsung (cough cough poor man’s ipod) instead. I set it all up for him with some songs (not all of which were to his taste!). However a couple of days a go he decided to take into the bath and it got a little wet. After a bit of drying out it seems to be fine but I have to reload all the music on to it, which is all now to his taste including his favorite singer of the moment Simon Webb, enjoy Gez!
