Well last night both Chris and Jon accepted the role of best men at the wedding, while Karl, Gary and Bob are going to be ushers.  Of course what the ushers don’t realise is that I will make them wear pageboy suits with shorts <Insert Evil Laugh Here>

I must mention well done to my little brother who has just gotten his results for his degree in Physiotherapy.  He got a first,  well done Jon you worked hard for it and got it, we are all proud of you.

Now the next step actually getting a job and getting the real world and leave the academia behind you

While Jon and I were in the Apple Store in Regent Street, London.  I took a couple of photographs using a MacBook and the software Photo Booth.  What do you think?

This is a little post to congratulate Bob (seen in these pictures above) who has just landed himself a new job doing some contract work in Belgium, well done dude.

Well i’m on a train to work after a very mad weekend. Gary, alan, karl and bob all came over for the weekend. Its been a fun weekend highlights include lots of google video watching (the farting preacher is worth a look). Lots of beer, mad dancing which resulted in temporary deafness from the music level. It was a good laugh and I must admit that I must be getting old as although I enjoy dancing in the main room I would much prefer to go to the cheese room. There was also another highlight which included going to gala casino.

I have never been to a casino before but I must admit it I really liked it. After having alan teaching me the ropes at the roulette table I had a go. After a while a won a few spins. But if it wasn’t for gary and alan letting me know I had won I would have kept thinking where all the chips are coming from. Anyway I ended up £5 in the black. So result.

Oh yes and how good was 24 I won’t spoil it for you but it was brilliant, however I was annoyed by the way sky handeled the showing of the episodes starting them early ruined the sky plus recordings. I got the both episodes but it was just annoying the way it was done.

Have just returned from a bit of lads weekend in Bournemouth to see Gary. What was most puzzling is that for once none of us (there were six of us all together Front Row: Alan, Gary, Myself and Bob (left 2 right), Back Row: Gareth and Karl (left 2 right)) didn’t touch a single game for the whole weekend in fact we went fishing and played some golf!!!! We caught something 60 mackerels (I personally caught 8 of them including 3 on one line) but top marks must go to gary who caught 20 of them and then went to catch a Sea Bass which we had for dinner. I have distributed the mackerel to my family who enjoyed it as much as I did but I must say that I never ever want to gut another fish again in my life, it ain’t pretty and you know what when you’re slicing them down they poo themselves, nice!

Congrats also go to Bob for getting a new job up her in the midlands for more money, finally a fellow geek to hang with.
