Sadly my iPod touch died but after that but then we had @Draco give a talk with an excellent example of mashup and @paulbradshaw. I’ll ask for some links and update as I get them. The hash tag for the event was #dmapi so you’ll find lost of stuff on twitter about it. Here’s the slides from Dave Harte’s presentation.

It was a fun event which has made me think about producing my own one. Stay tuned for more details as I’ll see if anyone else is interested first.

Live Blog From #LocalGovCamp

Its been a fascinating day at LocalGovCamp, I did my best at live blogging it below, once again my stream of thought in 140 characters For a much better full round up check the official site (where you’ll notice I get a photo credit!). I do recommend you read Sarah Lay’s coverage which is far better than anything I could do. My flickr set is here

I started my live bloggin a little late into the day mainly because I couldn’t get my laptop out of my bag. Interesting to see what people are trying/wanting to do within local government. Its been a great day. I even made a pledge on the wall to write a word plugin which scanned a document for jargon.
